The Leadership Development Cohort (LDC) is a two-year program based on the training for the Isaiah Forty Team. It exists to raise up emotionally and spiritually mature leaders, lay or ordained, for the building up of the church.
The Cohort program is designed for a group of no more than ten people, combining readings, group meetings, one-on-one meetings, and retreats. This combination allows for a deeper and more personalized grasp of Isaiah Forty’s content.
Our Cohort program costs $150 per month per participant. That being said, prices are negotiable on an individual basis, in keeping with Isaiah Forty’s philosophy that financials should not be the only barrier to healing and wholeness.
— Monthly meetings of 1.5 hours as a group for teaching and prayer.
— Reading assignments (500 – 1000 pages per quarter) and quarterly reflection papers (1000 – 1500 words).
— Monthly one-on-one with the Cohort Leader.
— Two retreats annually (one in the winter/spring and one in the fall). Retreats are normally in-person. But, accommodations to participant schedules can be made at the discretion of the Cohort Leader.
