We were created for relationship. God's word in creation, "It is not good that the man should be alone," echoes out to all of us. Today, we find ourselves in many, many relationships, with intimate partners, parents, siblings, children, friends, colleagues, and church-friends.

How would our lives be different if those relationships were more healthy?

The Boundaries Course is an emotional and spiritual journey into what makes relationships work. It's an invitation and a challenge, to grow into God's intention for healthy relationships.

Like all growth, the course can be a challenge. Many participants, in the process of this journey, find themselves facing hard truths about the family they grew up in and the state of their present relationships. But, many also find, in this cohort, a community of learning, openness, and love.

This is a multi-part course, with video content developed by Drs. Henry Cloud and John Townsend, who serve as Christian counsellors and clinical psychologists.
